Galley Food Breakfast
What do we eat for breakfast on a boat?

Breakfast Muesli Bars
Great to make a sheet pan, and eat all week as breakfast or snack.

Protein Shakes
Very versatile for breakfast or snacks, you can use powdered milk, protein powder and a variety of fruits, canned, fresh, or frozen, and vegetables such as spinach, carrots, or avocados.

Yogurt Cups
Delicious and cool in the morning, the Sigi Yogurt is packed with protein. Add a scoop of your favorite fruits and muesli and mix together and enjoy.

Cereal
Simple and easy, grab a bowl of muesli or cereal, add fresh fruit, and add milk, almond milk, or shelf stable milk, shelf stable almond milk or powdered milk with water.

Eggs
Scrambled, hard boiled, eat in a burrito, make an egg sandwich or have avacado and egg toast.

Bagel and Shmear
Add peanut butter, jelly, eat with hard cheese and fruit, or eat with smoked salmon.

Biscuits
Biscuits with peanut butter, jelly, honey, or make a homemade gravy for a real treat.

Protein Bar
I like to keep protein bars handy just in case we need a really quick breakfast or snack option.

Shrimp and Grits
A southern delight. Add hot water to grits while sauteing shrimp and eat with collards or spinach. Yum!

Bento Box Breakfast
Lots of options for bento items. Yogurt, Nuts, Hard Cheese, Shrimp, Applesauce, Summer sausage, biscuit, grapes, tomatoes. Very easy finger foods.
